Account setup, navigation, and key concepts
Prerequisites
- An active Softennect account
- Company created or invited
Sign in and select company
Log in and use the company switcher at the top of the dashboard to select your workspace.
From the dashboard, you can access campaigns, templates, contacts, and settings.
Invite team members
Navigate to Settings → Users to invite collaborators via email. Assign appropriate roles.
